Elena Baleva is a co-founder of BeLegal and a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 1997. She has extensive experience in advising and supporting corporate clients in all aspects of their business operations.

Combining legal expertise with practical implementation, she is also highly experienced in litigation and arbitration, representing clients before Bulgarian courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory authorities, including the Commission on Protection of Competition.
